Compute Infrastructure Council™
An initiative of the South Carolina Emerging Technology Association (SCETA) under the ASCENDSC™ framework.

Bringing industry, community organizations, and policymakers together to advance responsible compute infrastructure, energy innovation, economic opportunity, and public accountability across South Carolina.
Our Purpose
The Compute Infrastructure Council™ (CIC) provides a collaborative forum for industry, government, and community stakeholders to examine the opportunities and challenges of South Carolina's growing compute economy.

The Council promotes practical, performance-based approaches to energy infrastructure, data center development, digital asset technologies, and responsible innovation—protecting ratepayers, strengthening communities, and encouraging investment while preserving individual rights and local accountability.
